Lo-Fi Gentian Amaro

All ingredients, including the base wine, come from California. The wine is infused with a diverse range of flavorings, particularly gentian root which gives the amaro its bitter texture. Other additions smooth the drink out, making this delicious on its own as well as in a bourbon-based cocktail. A bright red color, this vinous amaro has attractive aromas of rosewater, grapefruit, and anise, with a creamy, oily finish.
