Lionel Faury’s Cote-Rotie has the traditional co-ferment of Viognier in the amount of 10%, resulting in soft aromas of violets and raspberry ganache. This proves to be the perfect garnish for the cracked black pepper, black cherries, earth, incense, olive and bitter chocolate. A prime example of Faury’s consistent quality and exquisite Syrah from Northern Rhône. Aged for 18 months in 600L demi-muids.
