Lioco Chardonnay Sonoma Coast 2023

Far from the typical California Chardonnay, this wine is made with less oak and a focus on minerality, leaning towards optimal food parings. There is no new oak used, so the finish is crisp and refreshing, but this is not tart or super high in acid. If you are looking for an un-oaked Chardonnay, this is the wine for you. The flavor profile is mostly lemon/lime with some chamomile and herb characteristics that are complemented by firm acidity.
