Leiner Weisser Burgunder Pfalz 2013

From a biodynamic producer in Pfalz, everything about this wine is serious: the acidity, the structure, and the value for such a complex wine. Lean and mineral, with a saline texture and light, zesty lemon and lime aromas as well as some roasted almonds from a little maturity. Much finer and less rich than most German Weissburgunders, this has the acidity to pair with rich Germanic food as well as fish and seafood.
