Vineyard and winery are in Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California. Nebbiolo grows well here, and the result is a strong, complex wine. Aged 24 months in combo of new French and American oak. The wine sucks in the oak well, resulting in a balanced, spicy, robust wine. Darker fruit profile than Piedmont, less tannic, more glycerine. Get dark fig, black licorice, cumin, dry aged NY strip, soy sauce. Try it...you'll like it!
