Tiny Napa winery Leaf & Vine gets these Petite Sirah grapes from the Sacramento Delta. As one wants from Petite Sirah, this is full-flavored, broad-shouldered and super concentrated. Smell & taste blueberry pie, cracked black pepper, orange marmalade, cocoa and espresso. I thread of acidity lifts the flavors and brings out a little earthy/rocky flavor on the long finish.
