Loire-philes John and Tracey Skupny from “Norgard Vineyard” on the Talmage Bench near Ukiah, vines planted in 1980. Grapes fermented in barrel (¾ neutral French Oak, ¼ stainless), stirred twice a week until bottling in April. Fresh, delicate and invigorating, get bruised apple, fresh lemon wedge, honeysuckle, pineapple, saline minerality and zippy acid.
