Lagier Meredith Syrah Mount Veeder Napa Valley 2019

The ultra-respected couple of Steve Lagier and Carole Meredith have stepped back from the work of winemaking, handing their vineyards over to Aaron and Claire Pott. This means the the 2019 is one of the last under the Lagier Meredith label. Only neutral barrels are used, giving the wine lighter weight, while maintaining the genetic properties of Syrah. Plum, chocolate, leather, herbs, medium bodied and tannins that subtly cling to the gums.
