Lagier Meredith Mondeuse Mount Veeder Napa Valley 2018

Yes! Mondeuse grown on Mount Veeder by the legendary Syrah producers Lagier Meredith.  The cooler climate provides the right conditions for the grape to achieve ripeness while maintaining acidity.  A hugely expressive wine with violet, rose, blueberry, and boysenberry, which is balanced by much more savory characteristics of tobacco and pine forest.  The wine is cool-climate lean & lithe with a barrel influence from 22 months in neutral French oak. Only 78 cases made.
