La Marea Grenache Central Coast 2020

2018 Winemaker of the year by S.F. Chronicle, Ian Brand is one of the hottest rising talents coming out the Central Coast right now. His wines are rooted in his past experiences with life, not just with wine. This Grenache is mostly sourced from Monterey; de-stemmed and stainless steel fermented. The color is extremely pale ruby with clean ripe aromas of both black and red cherry. Notes of sarsaparilla and a delicate restrained earthy quality that shows more tannins than previous vintages.
