La Lata Rebujito Sherry Cocktail

Typically, from the south of Spain, the Rebujito cocktail is meant to be savory and refreshing. Basic versions use Sherry, lemon-lime soda and mint. The La Lata canned version is an 8-year-old Pedro Ximénez Fino mixed with mostly lemon juice, a touch of grapefruit juice and sparkling water. Delicious when drank out of the can, but it can be dressed up with mint and a citrus twist in a fancy glass.
