La Ferme D ‘Hotte “Boemius” Grand Cidre Pays D’othe

La Ferme D’Hotte is located in the Aube department of France, which as wine drinkers, we know as a satellite region of Champagne. The “Boemius” expression get its bubbles the same way as Champagne with two years on its lees before disgorgement. A lot of Autumn aromas with mulled spices of cinnamon, holiday pinecone, caramel apples, dried orange rings and a touch of funk. Slightly high RS comes in at 25g/L but feels more like 10g/L with a natural tartness from the heirloom apples used.
