La Bastide Blanche Bandol Rose 2017

Mostly Mourvèdre, with some Grenache, Cinsault, and Clairette, from one of Bandol’s most consistent producers. This is a more serious style of rosé, with great intensity and concentration to its aromas of strawberry, cherry pit, blood orange, melon, lavender, rose petals, and white pepper. Dry and mineral on the palate with extremely refreshing acidity, this is a rosé that’s captivating, long, balanced, and very easy to drink.
