2 barrel (56 cases) production Cab Franc from 2 young men with "day jobs" at other wineries. Vineyard is a little north of Placerville in the Sierra Foothills. Partial whole cluster cold ferment, very light oak. "Loire style." Dry herbs, boysenberries, plums, blueberries, violets, peppery. Gentle, fine tannins. Enjoy with light pork & chicken dishes and roasted veggies.
