850 year old estate in the Southern Tyrolean Alps. Less than 4 hectares on soils of gravel and silt at 650 meters elevation. Crisp, light-bodied and refreshing: get ripe green apples, fresh lemons, jasmine tea, spring flowers and fresh herbs. Bright, zippy acid. Reminds us of a good dry Riesling.
