From organically-farmed Yount Mill vineyard in Yountville, this is the first (and probably last) Napa wine that Kivelstadt will make. This is a fruity, youthful wine with aromas of ripe pear and peach and very fresh acidity. Three days of fermentation on the skins turns the volume up on this Pinot Blanc, and adds texture, mouthfeel, and a lingering finish.
