100% Carignane, planted in 1870 on Cooley Ranch near Cloverdale. These withered, gnarly old vines produce a wine of exceptional beauty and grace. The captivating nose really draws you in with aromas of roses, violets, strawberry, raspberry, red cherry, and bramble. It’s full-bodied on the palate but extremely balanced with grainy tannins, very fresh acidity, and a long, compelling finish.
