Keller Riesling, von der Fels Rheinhessen 2019

The Riesling Trocken von der Fels comes only from Grand Cru sites, essentially from the Westhofener Kirchspiel and was fermented down to bone-dry levels (below 3 g/l of residual sugar). Lightly smoky with grapefruit, yellow peach, pear, nutmeg, dried flowers and bracing acidity. Full bodied for Riesling with presicion, elegance, intensity and vibrant minerality.  Limited production with only 12 bottles making it into BRW.
