The fruit is sourced from the historic Yount Mill vineyard and is certified organic with 6 foot long cordons trained in alternate directions. The color in the glass is transparent with a Gamay-like hue. 100% whole-cluster fermentation on this vintage, it undergoes native yeast fermentation to give the wine flavors of bright cherry, roses, sloe berries and potpourri. A very clean, fresh, and pure wine with added depth from 12 months in neutral oak barrels. 175 cases produced.
