KEEP Wines Co-Ferment “Broadway Farms Vineyard” Red 2021

A wine that breaks free from the limitations of tradition, by combining Merlot and Chardonnay and splashing in Pineau d’Aunis. Co-fermented and carbonically macerated, a lot of trust/knowledge/experience is instilled in the process to produce a balanced wine. A light color matches pretty aromas of dried roses, violets and spiced cranberries. Darker fruits of red plums and blood oranges balance encroaching acidity for a full mouthful of delightfully vibrant fruit.
