KEEP Wines Aligote "Broadway Farms Vineyard” Sonoma 2021

We have a soft spot for overlooked grapes varieties that wind up in the right hands. Many times, the wines are fun, but rarely do they exhibit the true essence of the grape with true typicity. This has all of the salty minerality and chalky acidity found from the Burgundian versions. Green melons, white flowers, gritty pears, apricot and peach are mouth filling with slightly rustic green leaf aromas hinting at the lower ABV. Twelve months of barrel aging gracefully amalgamates the wine.
