KEEP White Cortse/Falanghina California 2018

Here is an interesting blend of two Italian grapes that would never be blended together in their home country due to DOC laws. Aged in stainless steel with sur lie aging to give it texture; the fruit is complex with tangerine, honeydew, lychee, and nectarine. Fermented with native yeast to preserve the minerality from the Lost Slough Vineyard in the Delta region of Sacramento area. The wine features terrific texture and acidity.
