A Bordeaux style field blend from the cooler Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley, which also reveals a Bordeaux-esque flavor profile. The 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, and 5% Cabernet Franc mix shows raw cocoa, savory herbs, dark cherry, clay, fruit-leather and deep flavors of anise and cedar.
