Karthäuserhof, Bruno Riesling Kabinett feinherb 2021

One of favorite producers and a super cool bottle make this a perfect party bottle. Textbook Kabinett at an awesome price. The sugar is hardly perceivable, a classic off-dry/feinherb from the slate of the Mosel. The acidity hints at a dry style, but the weight of the wine tells otherwise.  Minerals, flint, citrus, apples, and orchard fruits. A well-balanced wine that should make for exciting food pairings.
