Julien Sunier Fleurie Beaujolias 2021

Dijonnais Julien Sunier didn't grow up in a winemaking family, but he quickly caught the wine-bug in his 20's after working for Christophe Roumier, he traveled the world and worked in all 10 crus of Beaujolais after spending time in Burgundy.  The Fleurie is aged 9 months in Burgundy casks with flavors of granite, clay, and mineral translating directly to the wine. Red cherry, red plum, roses, and herbs with a delicate weight, a palate which caresses, and a harmonious finish.
