Julien Sunier Beaujolais Fleurie 2018

Dijonnais Julien Sunier didn't grow up in a winemaking family but he quickly caught the wine-bug in his 20's, traveled the world and worked in all 10 crus of Beaujolais after spending time in Burgundy.  The Fleurie is aged 11 months in Burgundy casks with flavors of granite, clay, and mineral translating directly to the wine.  Red cherry, red plum, roses, and herbs with a delicate weight, a palate which caresses, and a harmonious finish. Magic!
