Raisined fruit picked in April at 39 degrees brix, about 90% botrytized. Sweet nectar of tropical and citrus fruits galore: get grilled pineapple, bananas foster, apricot puree, lemon custard and honeyed mandarin. Zippy acid keeps it focused and surprisingly refreshing. A great accompaniment for poached pears or foie gras. 169 g/l RS.
