Joseph Swan Pinot Noir "Saralee's" Russian River Valley 2015

Joe Swan started making Pinot in the late 1960s, and until her recent death Saralee Kunde spent her lifetime farming one of the best vineyards in Russian River Valley. It’s been a lasting, ongoing relationship, and this Pinot remains one of Sonoma’s classics. There’s a pleasing balance between ripe, almost jammy red fruits, a firm tannic structure, lively acidity, and a restrained seriousness for this engaging, long-lived Pinot Noir.
