Only 120 cases of this German/Austrian grape were made because there just is not enough vines to produce more. Grown in the St. Helena AVA of Napa Valley, the grapes are fermented din concrete eggs and stainless, then aged in neutral barrels. The grapes natural expressiveness is on full display with apples, pears, jasmine flowers, honeysuckle and lemon curd. The grapes freshness is only highlighted by its crisp confection-like acidity.
