With Scott (and Jenny) Schultz always looking for new vineyards and under discovered grapes, it is no surprise that this youthful and crushable red is breaking down barriers of what a modern red wine can taste like. A blend of 65% Greanche, 25% Mourvedre and 10% Syrah, the wine is light and herbal with crisp and bitter fruits, earth and lingering tannins and acidity.
