Jolie Laide Clairette Blanche Martian Vineyard Santa Barbara 2020

In stock

Typically grown in the South of France where it is often used as a blender in most Ch√Ęteauneuf whites to bring acidity to the sometimes fatter varieties. Light and crispy, the grapes were picked on the earlier side to preserve acidity and focus on coaxing more of the citrus and white flower side of the variety.¬† Lean but balanced in textural weight, slight wax, and lanolin, lemon curd, white nectarine, persimmon, and spice but a ginger bite.
