Winemaker notes: Grown in the gravelly loam and limestone soils of Paicines in San Benito County. Gently pressed and naturally fermented in a combination of stainless steel and neutral barrels. The aromatics are delightfully different than the traditional green notes of Sauvignon Blanc- ranging from orange blossom, white peach and lime, subtle herbal nuances of tarragon and lemongrass with a graceful palate and tart acidity. 12.8% ABV.
