Restauranteur turned winemaker after taking over 8 acres of Grenache once owned by his grandfather, Jérôme has become one of Frances most exciting new winemakers.  A blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah and aged for 10 months in neutral barrels. There is a brightness to the fruit which stays nimble and airy on the palate with flavors of blackberry, blueberry, and sugar plum; lightly smoky providing savory cassis and licorice.
