‘En Billard’ is located on the slope in Brochon between Champerriers and Clos de la Justice. This is the earliest ripening site in Gevrey as soils here drain well and are rather sandy and deep. Concentrated with weight and power, showcasing succulent tannins and elegant fruit. Burgundian vibrancy is everywhere with minor oak notes, 20% new for 16 months, soft but energetic on the finish.
