75% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 5% Carignan. Absolutely fantastic price for this ripe, full-bodied blend. Lots of red and black fruits (strawberry, blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry), but it’s not just about the fruit, with dry, dusty tannins, smoky tobacco, leather, and a long, spicy finish. Fun to drink on its own but with enough structure to pair with red meat. We really should be selling this at a higher price …
