The Vesselles (now led by Delphine) have been growing grapes in the appropriately named village of Bouzy for some 300 years, mostly Pinot Noir. Pale pink (OdP = partridge eye) with fruity hints of raspberry and cherry on the nose. More berries and stone fruit on the palate, with refreshing effervescence. Amazing purity, lift and length. Ask Michael about harvesting there!
