Here’s a Pinot Gris with some weight. From the Trottacker vinyeard – one of the leading non-Grand Cru sites – in Ribeauville, receiving lots of sunshine to get the grapes fully ripe. Golden in color, with rich aromas of honey, pineapple, passion fruit, melon, peach, apricot, orange peel, nutmeg, and pepper, followed by a full-bodied palate lifted by refreshing acidity. RS is 45g/L – this is the perfect accompaniment to spicy food.
