Jacquesson Cuvee 746 Extra-Brut Grand Vin Champagne

43% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 27% Meunier. The Cuvée 700 series is all about expressing both terroir and the vintage – the wine changes with each release, rather than being a consistent house blend. The base for 746 is 2018, showing a subtly developing maturity of roasted almonds, biscuit, and mushrooms but still incredibly fresh with high acidity and a dry, lean, linear palate filled out with a creamy texture and red apples. Intense and age worthy.
