Jacques Breyton Crozes-Hermitage 2019

Organic/biodynamic gapes are grown on the dramatically steep granite slopes of Beaumont-Monteux and Serves/Gervans, all estate fruit where Jacques Breyton farms eight hectares.  The wine uniquely spends time in only stainless steel creating a bright and definite wine with astounding aromatics.  Violets, lavender, rosemary, blackberry, blueberry, and ripe purple plums.  A pretty Syrah style that maintains its identity of the N. Rhone with a touch of rusticity from the appellation.
