Jean-Marc Sélèque (say-lek) is a potentially one of the brightest stars for the future of Champagne. Like all great wines, he builds the quality from meticulous maintenance of the vineyards. Based on Chardonnay, then Meunier, and Pinot Noir the nose shows a beautiful transference of the vineyards with wet-rock aromas, Asian pear, savory herbs, white flowers, and lemon meringue. Only 2.5 g/l dosage is perfectly integrated with the subtle brightness of the fine mousse and creamy bubbles.
