“CUVÉE ANGELINE”
The top release from J. Lassalle is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay with a minimum of 7 years on the lees before disgorgement. The lengthy aging has rounded out the edges, but the fruit is shockingly fresh with red fruited pastries, nectarine, peach, pink lady apples and raspberries. A great presence of brioche is woven into the fruit with richness from the 8g/L and great acidity from the legendary 2012 vintage.
