100% Chardonnay from the three Grand Cru villages of Le Mesnil, Oger, and Avize, based on the 2012 vintage with 25% reserve wine. No malolactic fermentation for a very fresh, lively style, the acidity balancing the creamy, yeasty palate from four year lees ageing. 5g/L dosage gives some body and weight. Round and finely textured, this is a delicious champagne – perfect in a half-bottle.
