Inama Vin Soave Soave Classico 2015

100% Garganega, 30+ year old vines grown in volcanic ash-heavy soils. Half-day cold soak on skins then fermented/aged in steel tank before bottling, nice & fresh. Flowery nose followed by lemon zest, green apple and white peach tastes, steely nerve, tangy finish. Very good wine to have at the sushi bar, fried chicken stand and for “Taco Tuesday.”
