The 2021 is a blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5 % Petite Verdot, sourced from the Shifflett family vineyards, the wine has bold aromatics, but the wine is so soft in the mouth. Plums, ripe berries, forest floor, roasted chestnuts and milk chocolate are extremely easy to drink. A great family-owned small production winery that we love to support. Smooth, plush and filled with bold oak flavors.
