Heritage de Calcaire Vieilles Vignes Pouilly-Fuisse 2015

Collaboration between three winemakers – Kevin Tessieux, Florent Rouve, and Jean-Luc Terrier – with the fruit coming from four parcels and old vines of 60-80 years old. There’s a great balance between the traditional richness of Pouilly-Fuissé and fresh, lively acidity, with aromas of peach, nectarine, and mango, MLF, smoke, and oak with a drying, lightly tannic structure and a spicy finish. Classy.
