Herencia Altes “Pilosa” Garnatxa Peluda Terra Alta 2019

Garnacha Peluda is a variant of the grape that has hairier leaves and can work in a slightly cooler climate. It’s often blended with the more common Garnacha, but there’s only a small 10% Garnatxa Negra here to let the Peluda shine. Pretty aromas of oranges, cranberry/raspberry, red cherries, an d bitter red apple skins. The texture is sumptuous and juicy with a freshness from large 1200L Stockinger foudres.
