Les Fairendes is the northernmost, highest elevation section of "Morgeot Vineyard." High limestone and thin topsoils makes for intense, high-toned, age-worthy Burgundy. Long, cold cellars of Germain equate to a year+ long to fermentations (1st & 2nd). Sits on lees, no stirring. Unfined/unfiltered.
