Hendry vineyard: "Estate" winery on the northwest corner of Napa town. Hendry family grows a myriad of grapes. General consensus is their Zins are their top wines. Two blocks (vineyard sections) sourced for this. Dark red fruits galore with notes of black pepper, licorice, red curry, cocoa and roast beef. Exceptional concentration and power. 2015 a great vintage for Zinfandel in Northern California, especially Napa.
