Hendry Vineyard Zinfandel "Blocks 7 & 22" Napa Valley 2017 375 ml

All grapes for Hendry’s wines are sourced from their 235-acre estate on the benchlands west of downtown Napa. These grapes come from two separate parcels. Block 7, which was planted in 1975 and block 22, which was planted in 1995. Ruby color. Initial aromas include deep berry fruit, spice, floral notes and tea. Berry and ripe cherry fruit on the palate, with bittersweet cocoa on the finish. Moderate levels of fine-grained tannin round out the balanced palate.
