A delicious blend of 50% Grolleau Noir, 40% Gamay and 10% Cabernet Franc. The aromas on this are very expressive with potpourri, underripe blackberries, firm black plums, dark chocolate and wet river rock. Extremely fresh fruit as two of the grapes go through carbonic maceration and the wine is settled in tanks. Dark chocolate with raspberry ganache filling and a finish that cleans the palate with woodsy forest notes and a little bit of acid.
